For the best burn experience, keep the following in mind:
When you light your candle for the first time, make sure that the wax pool melts all the way to the edge. If you have a larger candle, this may take a few hours. This is important because wax has a "memory" and if it is extinguished with a partial pool, it will prevent a full, even pool from forming in the future.

Every time you light the candle, trim the wick to 1/4-1/2" in length and remove any "bloom" from the previous burn. Make sure that your candle is placed on a heat-safe surface and avoid allowing wick trimmings, dust, or other materials to accumulate in the wax pool.

For safety reasons, always check the bottom of your candle for additional instructions.
