🪴 1. Refund & Returns Policy (UK GDPR + Consumer Contract Regulations)

We truly hope you’ll love your order, but if for any reason you’re not entirely happy, we’re here to help.

 You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at info@erikaswhimsicalart.com before sending anything back so that we can provide the correct return details.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Custom or personalised pieces

• Digital downloads

• Sale or discounted items

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

 If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll happily replace or refund it.

 All returns should be sent to our UK studio — details will be shared via email.

 Please note: customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
